By using the Quiet Terra Studio website, catalog, or enquiry forms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Catalog and enquiries
Catalog listings describe intended class formats, approximate schedules, seats, and prices. A catalog selection is not a confirmed booking or payment. Enrollment is confirmed only after direct communication with Quiet Terra Studio.
3. Payments and changes
Any applicable fee, cancellation window, rescheduling option, and refund condition will be explained before payment. We may adjust schedules, teachers, materials, or class locations when necessary, with reasonable notice whenever possible.
4. Studio conduct
Participants must follow teacher instructions, respect other makers, use tools responsibly, and disclose relevant accessibility or safety needs. Harassment, threatening behavior, unsafe conduct, or intentional property damage is not permitted.
5. Materials and results
Clay is a natural material and can crack, warp, or break during drying and firing despite careful instruction. We take reasonable care of work but cannot guarantee a particular firing result. Participants are responsible for collecting finished work within the communicated period.
6. Intellectual property
Quiet Terra Studio owns its written lessons, brand elements, and original instructional materials. You may use your own finished work personally, but may not reproduce or resell our teaching materials without written permission.
7. Website use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or use catalog content in a misleading way. We provide website content in good faith and may correct errors or discontinue features.
